Your free chart
The anonymous birth entry is not saved as a profile. The server can keep the calculation result, identified by an HMAC key, for one hour. Server and hosting technical logs have their own policies. The integrated calculation is carried out on the site's server, without sending the form to an external astrology service.
Profiles, diary and conversations
Saving a profile requires an account and consent. You can delete each profile from My Universe, delete journal entries, and delete conversation history. The computed context can persist in a private cache for up to one hour. The export brings together the records linked to your account.
Shared links contain signs or charts, without date, time, place or alias. They are accessible to whoever has the link, expire by default after 180 days and can be revoked with the key provided when creating them.
Social access, payments and Professional Astrological AI
Google, Facebook and Apple, when set up, verify your identity. We keep a technical reference of the linked identity; We do not save your passwords. Linking a provider to an existing account requires authenticating the account.
Dodo Payments processes subscriptions on its checkout page. This site retains customer and subscription identifiers and access status without storing card numbers. Deleting charts or your journal does not cancel a plan: manage your subscription first.
Professional Astrology AI receives your question and calculated positions only with your consent. You choose whether to add history, diary or a second birth chart. Exact birth dates and data are not added as profile fields, but any data you write in the selected texts will be part of that submission. Setting store=false does not remove vendor retention policies.
Control of your data
You can export your records from My Universe and exercise deletion requests using the site's privacy tools. Billing identifiers can be retained for obligations and payment management. Email alerts require an express choice and can be disabled. Optional measurement is controlled from Preferences.
Before the public launch, the person responsible must complete the identity, contact, jurisdiction, hosting terms and providers actually used. We do not publish invented legal data.
Consented measurement and requests for news
First-party measurement retains usage and attribution events for up to 400 days, without birth data or content from your conversations. The attribution cookie lasts up to 180 days. You can remove that permission from Privacy Preferences. When you sign up or purchase, accepted attribution may be associated with your account.
If you leave your email in the news form, we save your address, origin and acceptance date to manage that request. Leads without conversion or activity are deleted after 730 days. Deleting your account also deletes your leads, profiles, and linked events. Accounting and audit records are kept separate for security and payment management.
Administrative accounts access data necessary for support and management; Their actions are recorded in audit. Passwords are hashed and never displayed on the dashboard.
